Just Go to Bed

Dear Family,

Yes, I am attempting to blog---

My thought for the night is when you get the munchies at night just go to bed. The other night I wanted a hot fudge/carmel sundae so bad. But I just went to bed.

That is when Trent and I have our cravings. If you want to fill a hole sugar free jello is the way to go. It has like 5 cal and gives you a taste of sweet. But Jen I have to agree that it is best to just go to bed!!
