My exercise

This video has been what I have done every morning since six weeks after I had Steven.  It's a lot of fun...but it's starting to get boring. :) I'm hoping to find a great deal on some TaeBo tapes or DVD's.

Our Exercise of Choice

So far Daniel and I haven't been the greatest at going to a gym or anything. We have found some fun ways to exercise though.

Jenny's Exercise of Choice:

What I like about the Wii Fit is that it's entertaining and fun. I can choose from all sorts of work-outs: from Yoga, strength training, walking, running, dancing, balance games, sports, and many more. It's an easy way to exercise while Hayley is napping. Plus it has me weigh-in every day and it monitors my progress. It even gets after me if I missed a day of exercise! I LOVE IT!

Daniel's Exercise of Choice:

Daniel has been swimming several times. He will swim laps with our neighbor and he gets a great work-out. He's pretty fast, too - I guess it has something to do with him having been on the swim team in high school! What he likes best about swimming is that it isn't very hard on the body (running can be hard on your knees) so it's a good way to work up his endurance and strength.

Cheater Cheater Pumpkin Eater???

I'm sure you've all heard that Trent had his appendix removed last night (or early this morning, if you want to get technical). Quite a "convenient" time for a surgery, eh? I swear, some people will do anything to win!

Maybe we should have written in the rules that surgery was not a fair way to lose weight. I bet that thing weighed at least a couple pounds ;0)

I've got my eye on you Trent...

Here we are!

After a few requests, I finally got this blog going. I'm not sure what we'll post, but at least we will be here to support each other, right?

First question: Should we make this blog private? If we did then you would just have to log-in with your email address every time you wanted to see it. If we make it private then only we can see it so that might be good. Give me your feedback!

Second question: How is everyone doing so far? Give us updates! Don't tell us how much you've lost, just how you've done.

GOOD LUCK! MAY THE BIGGEST LOSER WIN!!!

P.S. If you have any questions on how to do anything on the Blog, just ask one of us (Janell, Sheri, Megan, or Jenny). We'd be glad to help!
